(More customer reviews)I really loved this stepper. It's amazing how effective a workout you can get. The thing I loved was having my upper body free to read so I could be productive while exercising. Unfortunately, after 6 months owning it and probably using it, only 2-3 of those months, the cable snapped and it's not repairable. I'm going to search for a more durable model. I gave this product 3 stars because it didn't last long. As I said, a mini-stepper is a surprisingly effective exercise tool, but this one did not stand up to much use.

This is a follow up to my above comments. Gaiam replaced the defective stepper with a brand-new one at no charge to me. They asked me to mail back the defective stepper and they are paying for the postage. Excellent customer service!
